Have a query? Dial these numbers to get it cleared amid Coronavirus lockdown

Hyderabad: As the Coronavirus outbreak has now affected more than 630 lives in India including 41 in the state of Telangana, the nation-wide lockdown for 21 days successfully reached it's second day. However, panic and confusion among the general public has increased as to when and where to buy essentials, how to go about it amid the tight security measures by the police all over.
The Cyberabad Police stepping up to the occasion and setting an example to other Commissionerates have decided to set up a Covid Control room in the Commissionerate.
The control room will function 24/7 in order to answer people's queries during the lockdown. Some of those queries will mostly be regarding violation of Home quarantine Norms, social distancing, lockdown orders, emergency issues, problem in the procurement of essential services in the Cyberabad area.
Two mobile numbers have also been released in order to serve the same. These numbers will be active on WhatsApp as well. The following numbers are 9490617440 & 9490617431.
An email-id has also been released by the Cyberabad police Commissionerate in order to help the people. The ID reads, ' covidcontrolcyb@gmail.com'.
