Robbers decamp with Rs 15 lakh worth gold

Hyderabad: Robbers entered a jewellery store located in Prathipadu in East Godawari district and decamped with gold and ornaments weighing about 500 gms amounting to Rs 15 lakh on Wednesday.

The robbers used a gas welding machine and cut the shutter of the Kanakamahalakshmi jewellers. They took gold and ornaments weighing 500 grams. Locals alerted the shop owner about the robbery. Prathipadu police registered a case and investigation is on.
