Hyderabad : In a major accident at Shameerpet on the outskirts of Hyderabad, three people died and two others sustained injuries on Sunday evening. The victims are residents of Bandlaguda Nagole in Hyderabad.
According to the police, Nagole resident K. Kishore Chary along with his wife Bharati and two sons were travelling in their car from Siddipet towards the city. When they reached the junction near the tehsildar’s office at Shameerpet, the person behind the wheel lost control and rammed the car onto the divider on the right side of the road.
As the vehicle was travelling at a high speed, it toppled in the air and landed on another car that was moving in the opposite lane Kishore Chary, his wife and one son died on the spot, while the other son and a passenger in the second car, sustained injuries. Upon investigating the case, police found that the over speeding of the first car led to the accident.
