TSPGECET scheduled from 28 to 31 May, online applications to open on 12 March

Hyderabad: The notification for Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TSPGECET 2020) will be released on 4 March. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducted the first committee meeting for TSPGECET on 19 February.

TSPGCET is conducted by Osmania University for admissions into ME, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Pharm, and post-graduate courses in universities and private unaided colleges in Telangana. OU conducts these exams on behalf of TSCHE.

During the CET committee meeting, the committee approved the schedule for the entrance test and the notification to be released on 4 March. The online application will commence from 12 March and the last date for submission of online forms without late fee is 30 April. The last date for online submission with a late fee of Rs. 500 is 6 May.

Applicants can also submit their application by 13 May with a late fee of Rs. 2,000 or by 20 May with a late fee of Rs. 5,000. The last date for online submission with a late fee of Rs. 10,000 is 26 May. The candidates can download the hall tickets from 27 to 29 May. The exam will be conducted from 28 to 31 May. The results will be declared on 15 June.

The exam will be conducted in two regional centers: Hyderabad and Warangal. The candidates can visit the websites http://www.pgecet.tsche.ac.in/ or http://www.tsche.ac.in/ for submission of online application and for other details. The application fee is Rs. 1,000, while it is Rs. 500 for SC, ST, and PH candidates. The test will be computer-based and candidates will have to answer 120 multiple-choice questions in two hours.
