Union minister for social justice Ramdas Athawale filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Rahul Gandhi.

The complaint is against Rahul Gandhi's frequent claim that BJP will change the constitution of the country.

Athawale has appealed to ECI to stop Rahul Gandhi from frequently making this claim as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has clarified that the constitution will not be changed.
