Telangana Government appoints K Keshava Rao, as Advisor to Government (Public Affairs) in the status of a Cabinet Minister.

Keshava Rao, who quit the BRS a couple of months ago, officially joined the Congress recently.

KK also tendered his resignation from Rajya Sabha membership.
