Bihar MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav is contesting as an independent from Bihar

He came to Delhi and said that his party is merging with the Congress party.

AICC spokesperson Alok Sharma says that Yadav has fallen short of merging his party and also not filled the Congress party membership form.
