The President of India, Droupadi Murmu, inaugurated the second edition of the Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav on November 21, 2025, at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Secunderabad.

The nine-day festival (November 22–30) is organized by Rashtrapati Nilayam in collaboration with the Ministries of Culture, Textiles, and Tourism.
This edition celebrates the rich folk and artistic heritage of Western India, spotlighting the regions of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Goa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and Daman & Diu.
Visitors can immerse themselves in handicrafts, dance, music, literature, and regional cuisine with special highlights like Kutch Bandhani, Kota Doria sarees, Kolhapuri chappals, and vibrant folk performances.
The festival is free to attend, open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM (last entry 7 PM), with slots available via online booking or on-the-spot registration.
