Syed Nizamuddin was unanimously re-elected President of the Telangana State Cabs & Bus Operators Association (TSCBOA) and felicitated for resolving key transport issues.

Along with TTTBOA, he led joint representations to the government seeking long-term policy relief for cab, bus, and travel operators.

A major success was district tax rationalisation after Telangana’s expansion from 10 to 33 districts, which had led to multiple taxes even for short trips.

Telangana’s inclusion in a renewed Reciprocal Transport Agreement with Karnataka will ease interstate travel, cut border taxes, and boost tourism.
