In Jammu and Kashmir three generations of Abdullah family cast their vote on May 13

National Conference president Farooq Abdullah, son Omar Abdullah and two grandsons and first time voters Zahir and Zamir.

"It is for the first time that three generations of our family are voting together," Omar Abdullah said.

It is for the first time since 1998 that no member of the Abdullah family is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Srinagar. They lost this seat in 2014 general elections.
