In Krishnanagar's seat, TMC's Mahua Moitra is leading by a margin of 9,592 votes over her nearest rival Amrita Roy of the BJP.

BJP candidate Abhijit Gangopadhyay, a former Calcutta High Court judge, was trailing in the Tamluk constituency.

He was trailing to Trinamool Congress candidate Debangshu Bhattacharya by 1,372 votes.
