Amid this, a GFX is viral on social media. Users claim that it is the GHMC elections opinion poll conducted by V6 Velugu, a local Telugu news media.
The viral opinion poll claims that 1000 persons have been surveyed in each division of Hyderabad. The survey results show that TRS is going to win 92-101 seats, BJP – 10-12 seats, Congress – 2-4 seats, MIM – 39-44 seats and Others – 2-5 seats.

V6 Velugu took to its social media accounts to clarify that they did not conduct the opinion. The post shared by V6 states that "సోషల్ మీడియాలో కావాలని కొందరు V6 పేరుతో GHMC ఎన్నికలపై ఫేక్ సర్వే ట్రోల్ చేస్తున్నారు నమ్మకండి. #V6Velugu #V6News #Hyderabad #GHMCElections2020"

According to a report published by GreatAndhra.Com, in the ongoing elections, a couple of survey agencies have come out with their own predictions. A survey purported to have been done by Chanakya is doing rounds on social media. It has revealed that the BJP will capture GHMC.
Another survey has surfaced on Tuesday morning, which predicted TRS would retain the GHMC but with a truncated margin. According to this survey, TRS would get 43 percent of votes, while the BJP would get 34 percent of the vote share. Congress would get 5 percent of votes, MIM will get eight percent, and TDP 0.8 percent vote share. There is no clarity as to who has done this survey.
Even YouTube channel, Yoyo TV also posted a video discussing Chanakya's opinion poll.
Therefore, the claim that the opinion poll was conducted by V6 Velugu is FALSE.
