Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) has won the ‘Best Airport Staff in India & South Asia 2024’ award by Skytrax.

The announcement took place during a ceremony at the Passenger Terminal EXPO 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany. Hyderabad Airport outshined its counterparts, securing the top position among participating airports in India and South Asia.

Pradeep Panicker, CEO-GMR Hyderabad International Ltd, said, “Hyderabad Airport continues to set new standards for customer service excellence and has become a pioneer in redefining the airport ecosystem by providing epic experiences.”

“The award is the outcome of meticulous audits and evaluations, comprehensively assessing various factors, including the collective Quality of Staff service across front-line positions at the airport,” said Panicker.
