Hyderabad: 15 month old child dies after boiled water falls on her at home

Hyderabad : A 15 month old child who suffered burns when boiling water kept for her bath, fell on her at Narsingi, succumbed. The baby is identified as Lasya Priya.

According to police Lasya Praiya’s parents Manyam and Pushpa migrated to Hyderabad and settled at Puppalaguda village under the police limits of Narsingi at Cyberabad commissionerate. Three days ago, her mother prepared the child for bath and kept boiling water in a bucket and went inside to get cold water to be mixed in it.

Meanwhile, Lasya Priya who was playing near the bucket, reportedly pulled the bucket, due to which the bucket overturned and the boiling water fell on her, leaving her with burns all over the body. She was rushed to Osmania hospital for treatment, where she succumbed to the burns late on Friday.
