30YO man booked for rash driving, sent for 14 days judicial custody

Hyderabad: Cyberabad police on October 3, sent a person involved in a non-fatal car accident at PVNR Expressway, Aramghar, Rajendranagar for judicial custody for 14 days.

In the evening of October 1, the driver Suryavaram Balaraju was driving Volkswagen Polo in a rash and negligence manner and dashed to the road divider near pillar number 321 on PVNR Expressway, Aramghar, Rajendranagar, resulting in damage of plant pots on Expressway.

Police alleged that the accused driver was in a drunken condition and he got Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) reading 82ml/100ml and also the accused did not have a driving license.

Police found that the accused drove the car which belongs to the person named Govind Madiciti of Medchal District. The owner of the car owner Govid Madiciti has the knowledge about Balaraj not possessing a driving license.

Police said that the owner gave the car to Balraj due to which he caused the accident and damaged the public property on PVNR Expressway.

On October 3, the accused driver of the car Suryavaram Balaraju was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for 14 days.

Cyberabad Traffic Police appeals public to not to drive at high speed and in the wrong side opposite direction on any road any time apart from having the valid driving license. The public shall also possess valid insurance, driving skills for their safety.
