Actor Rishi Kapoor passes away at 67

Rishi Kapoor was admitted to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital. on Wednesday morning after complaining of a breathing problem. His brother Randhir Kapoor told the fans that it was not an emergency but a minor issue.
The 'Bobbyā actor is survived by his wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Ridhima Kapoor.
Actor Amitabh Bachchan broke the news on Twitter. "He's gone. Rishi Kapoor.. gone.. just passed away. I am destroyed," he said
Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. Soon after, he left for the US for treatment. He had returned to India last September after showing signs of recovery.
Rahul Gandhi, former president of Congress party too tweeted about Rishi Kapoor's demise. ""This is a terrible week for Indian cinema, with the passing of another legend, actor Rishi Kapoor. A wonderful actor, with a huge fan following across generations, he will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family, friends & fans all over the world, at this time of grief," he tweeted.
Rishi Kapoor was supposed to act in a movie called Intern along with Deepika Padukone. The announcement about the Hollywood remake was made a few days ago.
Condolences started to pour in from across the country. He had acted in more than 120 films.
