Andhra Pradesh govt sanctions Rs 22.52 lakhs for CM YS Jagans personal trip to Jerusalem

The Andhra Pradesh government has sanctioned Rs 22.52 lakh for CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's personal family trip to Jerusalem.

To seek permission from Ministry of External Affairs for AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visit to Jerusalem from August 1 to 4,2019 an order was issued on July 26, 2019.

According to the order, this visit of Andhra CM is a purely a private trip and Rs 22.62 lakhs have been sanctioned towards his security arrangements.

An official GO dated July 31, 2019 reads, "Foreign tour of Andhra CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to Jerusalem, Israel from August 1 to August 4 on personal reasons amount of Rs 22,52,500 has been sanctioned toward security arrangements of the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister".

He will be returning back on August 5 to Delhi on a two day visit. This is the first visit of the Chief Minsiter to Jerusalem, after he became the Chief Minister.
