Beautician robbed of Rs 5 lakh gold jewellery by unidentified persons 

Hyderabad: Unidentified persons broke into the house of a beautician at LB nagar and decamped with gold jewellery. The total property stolen is estimated to be more than '5 lakh. The incident occurred when the residents had gone to attend a function in Visakhapatnam.

According to the police, K. Deepthi residing at Nagole in LB nagar runs a beauty parlour. A week ago, she went to Vizag in Andhra Pradesh to attend a friend’s wedding. On Friday her cousin had come to her flat to collect an LPG cylinder. He noticed that the door lock was broken. He immediately informed Deepthi and she rushed back to the city.

On inspection, she found that the gold jewellery kept in the house was stolen, the house ransacked and the household articles all scattered.

She immediately alerted police, who rushed to the spot and collected clues. A case has been registered and a special team has been formed to investigate the case. CCTV cameras in the surroundings are being analysed for clues about the suspects.
