Fact Check: Is this video of PM Modi's Mother dancing Garba?

A video of an elderly woman dancing Garba has been shared on different social media platforms claiming that it is Hiraben Modi —Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mother. This video got popular during Dussehra when Garba was the talk of the town.
A Facebook page named सुषमा स्वराज जि राष्ट्रपति हो shared the post which drew a lot of attention during the festival. Facebook user Prakash Patel shared the same post with the same title.

Taking a screenshot from the video, NewsMeter compared the picture of the lady in the video and photos of PM Modi's mother. The pictures show apparent facial differences.
Video Viral since 2017
To confirm further, a keyword search 'PM Modi's mother dancing' was conducted. It resulted in many fact-check news and a string of YouTube videos uploaded by many users, the earliest dating back to September 30, 2017, titled 'Garba fever'.
Several fact-checking platforms have debunked this video shared by Kiran Bedi on October 20, 2017, on Twitter claiming that she was Modi's mother celebrating Diwali at her home. Later, Kiran clarified that she was mistaken. Even though the video has been viral since two years ago, the woman in it has not been identified yet.
