Confident to learn Telugu in a fortnight: Governor

Hyderabad: The newly sworn in Governor of Telangana, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has expressed interest in learning Telugu language. The governor who is in confident to pick up the language in another fortnight also said she would like to converse with the people of the state in their own language.

The Governor,who took charge on Sunday went round various wings of the Raj Bhavan and interacted with the officers and staff members. She was appreciative of the mobilisation of the books in the Raj Bhawan library and said her personal library with 5,000 books will soon be added to it.
