Corona virus: 4 people admitted in isolation wards test negative in Tirupati

Tirupati: Four persons who had visited various countries and were admitted to Ruia Hospital in Tirupati have tested negative for Corona virus.

Two persons who returned from Singapore and Germany were admitted to the isolation ward of SVRR Government General Hospital in Tirupati. The doctors collected their samples sent them for medical examination to Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati. The reports came back on 8 March. Medical superintendent of the SVRR Hospital, Dr N.V Ramanaiah, said both had tested negative for Corona virus.

Meanwhile, two persons from Kuwait and the Netherlands with suspected symptoms of Corona virus was admitted to the isolation ward on Friday. They, too, tested negative for COVID-19.
