Hyderabad: In an address to the nation, the prime Minister of India Narendra Modi announced Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhyan under which the government is bringing in Rs. 20 lakh crore package.

Further, the prime minister also hinted on ‘Lockdown 4’. He said the new rules of Lockdown four will be given before May 18. “After discussing with the state governments a new approach to lockdown four will be decided,” said Modi.

Further details on how the RS.20 lakhs crore will be infused in the economy will be explained by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman, the prime minister said.

He said, “Our country’s MSME, start-up other small scale business will be benefitted by this package. The money from the package will also go to farmers and migrant labourers.”

He also said that the Rs 20 lakh crore package will benefit each and every individual of the person and how the financial package will be distributed among citizens on India.

Modi also said, “Amid these hard times only local products have helped us. So people should prefer buying local products instead of going global.”

Narendra Modi’s focus was on making India a self-dependent country. He said, “when corona started, India didn’t produce any PPE, very less N95 masks were procude. Now India is producing 2 lakh PPE’s and N95 masks and we have become self-dependent.”

He said that being self-dependent and taking precaution will help India to eradicate the virus. The new package is also derived of same ideology of being self-independent.
