Decomposed body found in a farmhouse owned by Tollywood actor Nagarjuna

Hyderabad: The decomposed body of an unidentified man was found in a farmhouse located at Shadnagar in Ranga Reddy district on the city outskirts. The farmhouse, spread over more than 30 acres, is owned by Tollywood star Nagarjuna and his family members. It is being used for organic farming.

As the body is beyond recognition, police suspect that the victim, aged in its mid-20s, died a few days ago.

It is being investigated if the victim was a worker at the farmhouse or someone from the neighbouring village who sneaked into the premises. But as the body was found in a room inside the farmhouse, police suspect foul play.

The news of the body lying in a room in the farmhouse came to light late on Wednesday. Police teams rushed to the spot and inquired. A postmortem will be conducted on the body. Based on the report, the investigation will proceed, said police officials.
