Hyderabad: In Telugu film industry here, out of experiences, there has always been a rumour that the immediate film of an actor after working Rajamouli would be a flop. Most of the times, it has been proved true too. For example, after working with Rajamouli for Eega, Nani has been part of Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu and it has tanked at the box office. The same way, after making Yamadonga with Rajamouli, Jr NTR saw a flop with Kantri. Another example is Ram Charan Tej. After making Magadheera with Rajamouli, Charan was seen in Orange and is a disaster at the box office.

This has been a strong belief among the movie buffs that actors have to gear up for a flop after working with Rajamouli. But luckily Prabhas has overcome it with his talent. Prabhas, earlier, had worked with Rajamouli for Chatrapathi and it is a blockbuster film. After Chatrapathi, it is Pournami that released and that has been an average film at the box office. After a long time, they teamed up for Baahubali again and this film has made Prabhas a pan India star. Technically, as per how it has been, the immediate film of Prabhas has to be a flop. But the actor has proved it wrong and has bagged another blockbuster with Saaho.

Rajamouli might really be happy for Prabhas as he bagged a blockbuster and also, what is being said by people in the industry is proved wrong. Well, Rajamouli’s next film is RRR and it has Ram Charan Tej and Jr NTR and slated for release in July 2020.
