Hyderabad: Kids, who came to GHMC dog park on Saturday, were all excited when they saw a unique park dedicated just for them and their pets.

The dog park in Gachibowli which houses various play equipments just for dogs will now also have a safe dedicated play zone for kids. Not only kids, there was a surprise for adults also as an open gym has also been o set-up, alongside.

The two were inaugurated to mark the first anniversary of the Dog Park.

The children play area’s floor is made of EPDM, an extremely durable synthetic rubber. Even if the children fall, the flooring will ensure that, they don’t get hurt. The park has tunnels and mounds of different sizes and the floors are painted with alphabets and numbers. It also has a selfie corner, with a black board, so that kids can take pictures with their writings and pictures.

The open gym has equipments for cardio, upper and lower body workouts. Parents, who accompanied their kids, said that it they brought their kids because they enjoyed playing with man’s best friend. A dedicated area for kids is an add-on.

It is to be noted that to maintain hygiene at the kids play arena, dogs and other pets are not allowed in the area.

The dog park has now become a complete family park as even elders can enjoy a relaxed evening.
