Kadapa: A man, who fell into a 100-feet deep well while drawing water, was finally rescued by the fire service personnel and the police after a rescue operation at Ramanjineyapuram in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, on 14 July.
Kishore and Ayodhya, fruit traders of Ramanjineyapuram, went to the Chinthakommadinne (CK Dinne) area to buy some papayas. They were unable to procure the fruit. However, they noticed a liquor store nearby and purchased a bottle of alcohol.
After consuming the liquor, the duo felt thirsty. Kishore decided to draw some water from a well near the fields. While he was climbing down the steps, he accidentally fell into the 100-ft deep well. Ayodhya called the CK Dinne police station and requested them to save his friend.
