With perfect makeup and beautiful saree, Keerthy Suresh looks divine at National Film Awards ceremony

Hyderabad: Dolled up in a beautiful Sabyasachi saree, actress Keerthy Suresh looked gorgeous as she received the National Award for her impeccable performance in Mahanati. She was present at the prestigious 66th National Film Awards, held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on December 23.

Keerthy has been in the industry for more than seven years, and she has given some fantastic performances. The actress has proved that she is one of the finest performers among the current young lot of actresses.

Keerthy Suresh breathed life into Savithri and imbibed the mannerisms of the late actress in Mahanati. From expressions to voice and emotions to characteristics, the Nenu Sailaja actress got everything right and nailed her performance.

Few parts of Savithri’s life have always been a mystery. Despite the never-ending argument about her life, Nag Ashwin has done incredible work in depicting it on the silver screen. Besides bagging critical acclaim and commercial reception, the successful biopic won three National Awards in the Best Movie (Telugu), Best Actress and Best Costumes categories.

Keerthy’s proud parents Suresh and Menaka and their elder daughter Revathi were present at the awards function. They applauded as their daughter received the award from Vice President Venkaiah Naidu. She wore simple jewellery and completed her look with heavy eye makeup and centre-parted hair in a bun with some jasmines.

She looked as divine as she was in the film and once again, on stage, she reminded everyone of Savithri. Keerthy looked gorgeous, and she carried it all with perfection and grace.

During the declaration of the National Award, Keerthy took to Twitter to share a note. She said, “First and foremost, I would like to thank each member of the media. They have been the first ones to affirm that Mahanati will get its due honours with their positive reviews and unconditional appreciations.”
