Former CPI(ML) Janashakti emissary Chandranna passes away
By Newsmeter Network Published on 13 Dec 2019 5:57 AM GMTHyderabad: CPI(ML) Janashakti emissary and senior leader of the outlawed Maoist organization, Chandranna breathed his last at his residence in Ramnagar here. He was suffering with breathing complications for a very long time. Chandranna played an active role during the 2005 peace talks held between the then Andhra Pradesh government and Maoist groups and their front organisations.
After leaving the movement and joining public life, he had been working as the policy committee chairman of Telangana Samarayodhula Sangham.
Hailing from Tanguturu village of Yadadri Bhongir district in Telangana, Chandranna worked for the movement for close to three decades. He began career as an activist and rose to the highest ranks in Janashakti party.
