Hyderabad: The Task Force sleuths, on July 18, apprehended two accused, Mohd. Shoaib Subhani, 35, and Mohd. Abdul Mujeeb, 42, who have been running Sameer Hospital at Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, without any valid qualification.

They have been posing as doctors and cheating people by putting their lives in danger to earn easy money.

The police seized Registration Certificate issued by DM&HO on the name of Sameer Hospital and xerox copy of Aadhar card in the name of Dr Mohd. Abdul Mujeeb from their possession.

On investigation, it was found that the accused, Mohd. Shoaib Subhani, is native of Hyderabad. He completed his Intermediate and discontinued his B.Com II year in 2006 and started a school, “Global Techno School” at Mehdipatnam in 2011 while the other accused Mohd. Abdul Mujeeb, who is also a native of Hyderabad, studied up to SSC.

After completion of studies, he started working as director of M.M. Hospital at Humayun Nagar after which he started working as Managing Director of Sameer Hospital from 2017. It was found that both the accused were close friends for many years.

Mohd. Abdul Mujeeb, who was previously working as the MD of M.M. Hospital, Humayun Nagar, informed Subhani that there was a huge profit in running a hospital.

Subhani then decided to run a hospital and accordingly, they had planned. Abdul Mujeeb then procured one Aadhaar card wherein it showed that he was a doctor. In 2017, by submitting that Aadhaar card, the duo applied for Registration of Certificate and opened Sameer Hospital at Mehdipatnam.

Subhani knows that his friend Mujeeb was not a doctor.

On July 18, on a tip-off, the Task Force team apprehended the accused at Sameer Hospital.

The accused, along with seized material, were handed over to Asif Nagar police station for further action.
