Lockdown: When Cop beat up a Cop

Nellore: Forget cop beating youth theory, take a look at police thrashing police story.

The video clip of two constables exchanging blows in Nellore has gone viral on social media. The incident occurred when a traffic constable bashed up a youth who happened to be the son of an armed reserve police constable.

The youth immediately called up his father. Seething with anger, the constable rushed to the spot and tried to attack the traffic constable. They also hurled abuses at each other in full public view. The brawl went on for about 5 minutes while both hurling abuses at each other.

Passersby had to intervene to bring the situation under control. According to sources, son of the Armed Reserve police personnel was on his way to a filling station to refill his bike.

Both cops have lodged a complaint against each other before the ASP. It is not known what action ASP has taken. But the incident has made police a laughing stock.

The two cops have been summoned by the superintendent of police.
