Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit the tragic site of the Godavari boat mishap on Monday morning. The CM will take an aerial survey of the spot and will monitor the search and rescue operations. Following this, the minister will visit the Government General Hospital, Rajahmundry and interact with survivors.

Around 11:00 AM, the Chief Minister, is also expected to address the media in Rajahmundry. This is going to be Jagan’s first direct interaction with the media after he assumed the Chief Minister’s office about three and a half months ago.
The Chief Minister had announced earlier that a Rs 10 lakh ex-gratia amount will be given to the families of deceased in the Godavari boat tragedy.
