JBS-MGBS metro line to kick start on February 7

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metro rail is all set to extend it's services in more parts of the city as the Metro rail line from (Jubilee Bus station) JBS to MGBS (Mahatma Gandhi Bus station) on February 7 at 4 pm.

Hyderabad Metro rail recently started its services from Hi-tech city to Raidurg which was inaugurated by Working President of TRS and Minister for Municipal Administration and Urvan development, Industry and Commerce, information technology, KT Rama Rao on November 29, 2019.

The total length of Hyderabad Metro Rail will now extend to 69 KM. It was on January 12 when the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) JK Garg inspected JBS-MGBS Metro corridor two along with HMRL MD, NVS Reddy.

The corridor with the length of 11kms has nine stations namely, "JBS-Parade grounds, Secunderabad West, Gandhi Hospital, Musheerabad, RTC X Roads, Chikkadpally, Narayanguda, Sultan Bazar and MGBS.

State Minister KT Rama Rao broke the news of the inauguration as he took to Twitter to share the news. He wrote - " Hon'ble CM Sri KCR Garu will inaugurate the JBS-MGBS Metro line on February 7 at 4 pm. This will take the total length of Hyderabad Metro Rail to 69 KM @ltmhyd "

L&T Hyderabad Metro Rail also took to Twitter to share the news and wrote - " This 2020, we have great news for all Hyderabadis! The operations between JBS Metro station and MGBS Metro station are going to commence on February 7. #ManaMetro
