“Justice Served”: Tollywood, Bollywood celebrate killing of Disha accused

Hyderabad: From actors like Junior NTR to Samantha, everyone has expressed their jubilation at ‘justice’ being served to the 26-year-old victim of the Hyderabad gang-rape and murder. Junior NTR and Allu Arjun, in their brief tweets, have said “Justice Served,” referring to the ghastly crime and the encounter that followed. “JUSTICE SERVED! Now, Rest In Peace Disha,” said the actors, expressing their anguish on Twitter.





Telugu star Nagarjuna Akkineni told about how this was the news that he woke up to in the morning. "This morning I wake up to the news and JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED!!



Several actors thanked the Telangana police for shooting down the four allege rapist-killers. Actors like Rakul Preet Singh were one of the first to react. She said, “How far can you run away after committing a crime like Rape . #Encounter thankyou #Telangana police.”

Another actor Manchu Manoj Kumar dramatically said that he wants to store the bullets, and bow down before the guns and prostrate before the police officers... "Your soul has reached god only today," he said.�

Bollywood reacts

Bollywood also took to Twitter to laud the police. Actor Anupam Kher congratulated the Telangana cops for wiping out the four alleged rapist-killers, while Rishi Kapoor applauded the police through a post.
