Mumbai: Kriti Kharbanda who appeared in Pawan Kalyan's Teen Maar migrated to Bollywood after acting in a few Telugu movies. Kriti, who appeared in comedy-drama Housefull 4, seems to be buoyed with the success of the film at the box office. She also acted in Pagalpanti which will hit the screens soon. Meanwhile, her temper has landed her in the soup.
Kriti was supposed to play a significant role in an upcoming movie titled Chehre, which stars biggies like Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi. Directed by Rumi Jafry, the shooting of the movie is going on. Kriti, who had participated in the shooting, seems to have created some disturbance, resulting in her being thrown out of the project.
Sources in Mumbai said Kriti had been a hard nut to crack for the production team of Chehre. A member of the production crew said Kriti's team failed to manage the dates properly and that created a big issue.
"Kriti's personal team failed to manage the time and dates. This had become a nuisance. On top of that, her temper tantrums are no longer accepted. Though the production team tried to settle things, it appears like her demands won't be tolerated anymore," said the source.
Kriti had completed shooting for one schedule and the next shoot was to happen soon. But she and the production team of Chehre are no longer on mutual terms. The source from the production of Chehre said they are looking for another actor to replace Kirti.
Touted to be a courtroom drama, Chehre is slated for release on April 24, 2020. It is produced by Anand Pandit.
