Man driving SUV with MP sticker caught on camera pointing gun at Madhapur

Hyderabad: Fear gripped residents of Madhapur when an unidentified man driving an SUV pointed his gun at them in Madhapur late on Tuesday night.

The incident was caught on camera.As per the reports, the man was driving the vehicle bearing registration number TS 04EX 7777. The vehicle was having a sticker with ‘Member of Parliament’ inscribed on it.

As per the transport department records, the white colored Mahindra Scorpio was registered in the name of Dr. Rao Vijay Kumar at RTA Khammam in August 2019.

According to sources, the vehicle entered a lane at Mastan Nagar near road No 46 of Jubilee Hills area. However, the road was blocked because of some function.

In an attempt to get out of the lane, he was moving in the reverse direction. In the process, the vehicle hit a few bikes parked in the lane. Locals gathered around the vehicle and asked him to get down for damaging the bikes

As an argument ensued, he took out a gun and threatened to shoot the people. Locals immediately backed off and he fled from the place. Cops from Jubilee Hills and Madhapur police stations rushed to the spot and started an inquiry.
