Hyderabad: A Railway Police Force(RPF) cop saved a passenger’s life on Thursday.  The incident occurred at around 8 am when Train No. 12759 Charminar Express from Chennai was entering platform No-5 at the Nampally railway station.


Vikul Kumar an RPF cop saw a 45-year-old man who had alighted from coach S-4 lose his balance and fall in the gap between the train and the track. 

Vikul immediately ran towards the man and pulled him out. The man was identified as T. Venkat Reddy and did not suffer any injuries.

Vikul said, “ This timely act saved a life. Mr Reddy did not suffer any injuries.”
