Man falls in gap between train and track, RPF cop rescues him

Hyderabad: A Railway Police Force(RPF) cop saved a passenger’s life on Thursday. �The incident occurred at around 8 am when Train No. 12759 Charminar Express from Chennai was entering platform No-5 at the Nampally railway station.

Vikul Kumar an RPF cop saw a 45-year-old man who had alighted from coach S-4 lose his balance and fall in the gap between the train and the track.�

Vikul immediately ran towards the man and pulled him out. The man was identified as T. Venkat Reddy and did not suffer any injuries.

Vikul said, “ This timely act saved a life. Mr Reddy did not suffer any injuries.”
