Hyderabad: Unidentified crooks targeted an unguarded Indicash ATM booth at Adibatla on the city outskirts and decamped with cash from the machine. Rs. 4.46 lakh cash was stolen from the machine, police said.

According to police, on Tuesday morning, P Naveen, supervisor of Indicash approached police stating that cash from one of the two machines in the ATM booth located near RTO office at Manneguda village was stolen. The machine was broken using a gas cutter machine. Police also found that the suspects stole cash from one machine, but did not touch the second one.

Further inquiries revealed that the booth is not guarded. With the help of the footage, police formed special teams and started investigation. It is suspected that two persons were involved in the incident.
