Nani’s much-hyped `V’ leaves people disappointed

Hyderabad: Amid huge expectations, Nani's 25th film ‘V’ was released on Amazon Prime Video.

'V' is the first Telugu movie to have a direct digital release. Interestingly, Nani's debut film 'Ashta Chamma' was also released on September 5, 12 years ago.

Amazon Prime Video released the film a few hours early than the scheduled time. However, the audience did not like the movie. There were a lot of disappointing voices.



A few people have posted that the film reminds them of Ghajini, and Vikram Vedha.



The film certainly did not meet the expectations of the audiences.



However, some people liked the film.







V has similarities with the recent Malayalam thriller 'Anjaam Pathira' and 'Ratsasan'. Also, the BGM reminds the audiences of 'Ratsasan', 'Game of Thrones' and 'Saaho'.



Directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti, the film stars Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead. PG Vinda has done the cinematography. Marthand K Venkatesh is the film's editor.

Amit Trivedi has composed the music. Thaman has composed the background score. Dil Raju pooled the resources for the movie.
