Delhi Central jail preps for hanging Nirbhaya’s convicts
Preparations in Tihar jail are on for hanging of four men namely, Mukesh, Vinay, Akshay, Pawan, who gang-raped a medical student in Delhi in 2012. Sources in the jail said, special ropes have been bought from Bihar’s Buxar, which also sent ropes for hanging Parliament Attack convict Afzal Guru in 2013.
