Nikhil’s next film titled ’18 Pages’

Hyderabad: Nikhil Siddharth seems to be on a roll. The actor, who set the cash registers ringing with his last film ‘Arjun Suravaram’, has announced his next project. The film is titled ’18 Pages’ and will be directed by Palnati Surya Pratap of ‘Kumari 21F’ fame. The filmmakers have unveiled the title poster.

Touted to be a romantic entertainer, the film is produced by Bunny Vas under GA2 Pictures and Sukumar Writings. Ace director Sukumar has written the story and screenplay, while Gopi Sundar is set to compose the tunes for the film. The filmmakers said the shooting will commence shortly and the details of the cast and crew will be announced soon.

Meanwhile, Nikhil shared a video on Instagram with a caption that read, “The Chief guest for our movie muhurtham…Allu Arha with her lovely Taatha.” In the video, actor Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha was seen sharing some fun moments with her grandfather Allu Aravind much to the delight of everyone present at the event.

Nikhil is currently working on ‘Karthikeya 2’, the sequel to ‘Karthikeya’ which released in 2014 and is one of the biggest hits of his career. Chandoo Mondeti, who helmed ‘Karthikeya’, is directing the sequel, too. Recently, the filmmakers released the film’s concept video which garnered appreciation from netizens for its intriguing content. On the personal front, Nikhil recently got engaged to his longtime-girlfriend Pallavi Varma, a practicing doctor, in the presence of his family and close friends. The couple is set to get married on 16 April.

With his upcoming films getting a positive buzz in the industry as well as among the audience, it looks like lady luck is smiling at him at the moment.
