‘No phones allowed’ rule for Jaan cast and crew

Hyderabad: Prabahas, after the debacle of Sahoo, is busy shooting for his next film, Jaan starring Pooja Hegde and Bhagyashree. The actor's previous film, Baahubali, was a magnum opus that featured some of the most decorative and elaborate sets, which added to the overall cinematic experience for audiences.

Following in its footsteps, Jaan is also said to have exquisite sets, which perfectly complements the film's period setting.

Having invested substantial amounts into getting the sets designed renowned art Director, Sabu Cyril, the makers want to keep it as a surprise.

Prabhas has gone the extra mile and has given strict instructions to the film's cast and crew to avoid clicking photographs or selfies on set. In what may seem as an extreme step, the Rebel Star has banned the entry of individuals with mobile phones on the film's set. This ban supposedly applies even to Pooja Hegde and Bhagyashree. The set has been erected at multiple locations, including at Ramoji Film City.

Although Prabhas had set new standards with Baahubali, the Sahoo outing was a box-office disaster. Hence, he is banking on the success of Jaan to regain the top spot in the industry. Taking such strict measures just shows how serious Prabhas is about leaving no stone unturned in building up hype and anticipation amongst his fans for Jaan.

Prabhas had taken to his social media accounts in November to officially announce the commencement of Japan's shooting. Although it was supposed to start earlier, he was on vacations till November to recuperate and gather himself after Sahoo's dismal performance.
