Hyderabad: Continuing the protests near the Nakshatra Colony residence of the doctor, who was gang-raped and brutally killed, in Shamshabad, residents pushed the police out of the residence to which the police reacted by stopping the protests but couldn't control the angry residents.
The residents further said that the police and media are not allowed. They locked the gates of the residence stating that no one could meet the aggrieved parents and family members.
Amidst the protests, Congress leader Chinna Reddy was stopped at the doctor's residence and sent back by the residents. CPM leader Julakanti Ranga Reddy, who was also stopped in front of the residence, demanded Chief Minister's statement on the gut-wrenching incident.
