NTA extends date for online application for various exams

Hyderabad: Keeping in mind the current COVID-19 crisis, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has further extended/revised the dates of submission of online application forms for various examinations on Thursday.
The last date for submission for National Council of Hotel Management (NCHM) JEE2020, has been extended from March 3rd to May 15th, 2020. The last date for submission of online applications for Indira Gandhi National Open University Test (IGNOU) admission test for Ph.D and OPENMAT (MBA) has been extended from March 3 to May 25, 2020.
The last date for submission of application forms for admission test for Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR)-2020 is from March 1 to May 15, 2020. The last date for Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE-2020) has been extended from March 2 to May 15, 2020. The candidates applying for All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET-2020) can submit their online applications from May 5 to June 5, 2020.
Submission of online applications will be accepted up to 4pm and submission of fee up to 11:50pm. The requisite fees can be paid through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and PAYTM. The detailed schedule mentioning the revised date for downloading of admit cards and of the examination will be displayed separately on respective examination websites and www.nta.ac.in after assessment of the situation after May 15, 2020 only.
NTA has advised the candidates and their parents to not worry about the examinations. In fact, the agency has requested the parents to help young students utilize the time for preparing for the examination and focus on critical concepts in order to close learning gaps if any.
NTA would keep the students updated about the latest developments and would inform about the changes with ample time.
