Vijayawada: Ruling out the point of merger with BJP, the Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan assured the party leaders that he will not take such hasty decision at any cost, at a meeting at Undi near Bhimavaram in West Godavari on Sunday. Reacting on the speculations that the party will be merged with the BJP, as it lost the recent general elections, he stated that he has determination and courage to run the party. The Jana Sena contested for both Lok Sabha and Assembly elections across the state, with the alliance of other parties.
In fact, what prompted the party chief to give clarity on the merger of Jana Sena with the BJP, is that the same thing happened with respect to the Praja Rajyam Party (PRP), founded by his brother K Chiranjivi. The PRP contested in the 2009 general elections and got defeated in that elections. After that, Chiranjivi merged the PRP with the then ruling Congress party along with the elected MLAs and MPs. Mentioning this past experience, the Jana Sena supremo stated that, if he contested in the PRP and elected as MP, then he would not allow the merger. He assured that he has courage and determination to run the political party, the Jana Sena will remain till the last breath of him. He said that, “I found this party nor for mere power. I want change in all aspects. This make take a decade. But, we will continue to fight against all social and political evils.”

Thanking the cadre in Bhimavaram for their reluctant service to the party, from where he contested and got defeated in the recent elections as MLA candidate, Pawan Kalyan announced that he will establish the Party office here. For that purpose, he will purchase two acres of land with his own money. This office will inculcate nationalism along with promoting party activities.
He suspected that if he takes land offered by someone else, they may ask to vacate the land when the party in trouble. It was experienced during the time of PRP, he added.
It is worth mention here that, Pawan Kalyan already purchased two acres of land at Khaza in Guntur district. This is for both party and his residence purpose, they informed at that time. Now, he announced to purchase another two acres of land at Bheemavaram for party office
