Production house clears rumours about sexual harassment allegations against them

Hyderabad: It was earlier reported that producer Bunny Vas has been facing sexual harassment allegations by a lady named Sunitha Boya. It appears that Geetha Arts, the production house, has attempted to provide some clarity on the matter, as it is their production company that is involved with the producer.

Geetha Arts took to the media to release a press note stating that they have been facing issues from a woman(Sunitha Boya). In the statement, the production house mentioned that the lady has been causing trouble to the production house for a long time now, by demanding roles in their movies.

"We, at Geetha Arts have been facing trouble from a woman appearing at our office gate and also at our shooting locations demanding a character role in one of our films. She had behaved aggressively at our office on occasions and we had to seek police intervention.

Hence, we lodged a complaint twice previously in Madhapur and Jubilee Hills police stations. A complaint to this extent has been registered with the relevant committee off Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. We have been facing this issue, which has been wrongly reported by certain media platforms. Anyone who needs further clarification on this issue may either approach The Film Chamber of Commerce or the PR team at Geetha Arts", reads the press note by Geetha Arts Production house.
