Hyderabad: Hussaini Alam police in Hyderabad arrested a fraudulent baba for peddling false treatment practices and for cheating gullible citizens. Sayyed Tippu Sultan, aka Tippu Baba, had also been recording his proceedings and posting them on social media to attract more people.
