Serilingampally, Mailardevpally show high COVID active cases in Ranga Reddy

Hyderabad: The total number of active COVID cases reported from Ranga Reddy district in Telangana, climbed to 170 on 13th July. A high number is from Serilingampally (42) Mailardevpally (31) Saroor Nagar (23) and Narsingi (22) from the surrounding district.

The break-up of the district-wise COVID-19 positive cases in Ranga Reddy shows, 63 in non GHMC area and 107 in GHMC, taking the sum to 170. While as of 12th July, 800 active cases are from Hyderabad alone.

Telangana on 12 July tested 8,153 samples of which 1563 turned positive, the total number of tests conducted in the state climbed to 1,70,324. While the death toll stands at 356 and the total number of active cases currently are 11,883.
