Seven year imprisonment for six accused in dacoity case

Hyderabad: Hyderabad District Court, sentenced six accused to seven year of imprisonment in a two-year-old dacoity case. The accused were S Raghupathi, Vadde Raju, Vadde Murugesh, Dhindi Ravi, Vadde Narsimha and Vakra Chinna baba, were nabbed by Cyberabad police as they tried to steal cotton wires from a mill at Bhurgual.

The six were acussed in November 2018 for illegally entering locked Amith Cotton Mills Company at Bhurgual Village. On being spotted by the security guards the accused hit the security guards with iron rods, which resulted in injuries. The six accused belong to Indiranagar, Jadcharla.

The accused were arrested by Shadnagar police a day later of the incident and took the accused under judicial custody. On 23 January the court punished them with seven years of rigorous imprisonment.
