Hydrerabad: Actor Siddharth was at the peak of his career in the Telugu film industry a couple of years ago. However, due to unknown reasons, he stopped doing Telugu films and got back to Tamil. Even in Kollywood, he was very picky about the films that he chose. However, it looks like Siddharth is getting his mojo back as he is a part of some big films that can catapult him to fame.

According to the latest developments, Siddharth has been approached to play a crucial role in Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, which is tentatively titled Thalaivar 168. Reportedly, Siddharth was the first choice for the maker to play the role of a rebel in the village. But, the actor is yet to give a nod as he had to juggle his schedule to be a part of this flick. If Siddharth signs the film, he will be seen as Keerthy Suresh’s pair.

NewsMeter had earlier reported that Siddharth is essaying a meaty role in Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. Sources close to the team reveal that he has allotted bulk dates for the project and the next schedule is going to resume in the first week of February. So, he has to figure out a way to be a part of Thalaivar 168 if he decides to do the film. As of now, Siddharth has not got back to the team of Thalaivar 168 about his decision.

Thalaivar 168 is directed by Siruthai Siva who gave Ajith’s Viswasam in 2019, one of the biggest blockbusters of that year. The upcoming film features Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Khushbu, Prakash Raj and Soori. Thalaivar 168 is tipped to be a rural entertainer which has music composed by D Imman. Let us wait and see if Siddharth manages to act with both Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan in 2020.
