Sri Chaitanya Junior College employee commits suicide at Bibinagar

Hyderabad: A 24 year old college employee allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train at Bibinagar near Hyderabad.

Identified as Kaki Mahesh, his body was found lying on the tracks at Bibinagar. Before taking the extreme step, Mahesh updated his WhatsApp status saying that no one was responsible for his death.

Investigation has revealed that Mahesh originally hails from Suryapet district. Working as a clerk at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Peerzadiguda, he was currently putting up at Boduppal in the city.

On Wednesday night, he updated his WhatsApp status saying that he was going to commit suicide and nobody was responsible for his death. He also wrote that he was taking the extreme step due to his “mistakes and debts”.

As his relatives and friends saw his status, they alerted the family members. When the family started looking for him, they received information from the railway police about his death.

Police suspect that Mahesh took the extreme step due to financial problems. A suspicious death case has been registered and the body has been handed over to the family after postmortem.
